Real Estate Bio

I began my career with the US Forest Service in the 70’s as a forester and supervisor of recreation and bilogical staff. As my forest service career developed, I was involved in government real estate issues, trades and sales. Upon retirement in 1999, I decided to try commercial property management, and grew the business to include; Portland, St johns, Sandy and Bend. After 5 years in this business the real estate world really took off and I made another move to real estate sales exclusivly in 2005 with Windermere Sandy Real Estate.

As a Real Estate Broker. I have been involved in rural properties, ranches and residential properties. These properties involved all the complexities of septic systems, wells, surveys, road construction and permits.  I have had my license as a real estate broker since 2005 and have been active to the present with Sandy Windermere.

I have served in the Sandy area as a City Planning Commissioner; evaluating, planning and approving a variety of commercial, industrial and residential projects in the city. Lately I have been serving my community as a City Councilman, Oregon Trail school budget committee, Clackamas County Committee to coordinate Clackamas County transportation projects. And lastly, I am on the Board of Directors for the Sandy and Clackamas River Watershed Councils that directs river enhancement projects in Clackamas County.
