Well everybody is thinking the real estate world has turned around and we are doing well again. Well we are almost there. The market in the past decade has seen some ups and downs. But by searching the data in the Sandy area (97055 zip code) it has come back pretty close!
The best year we had in zip code 97055 was 2007 and worst year we had was 2011. This is related to price and days on market.

We are defiantly in a seller’s market at this time. Any market under 60 days to sell is a seller’s advantage, any time we are under 45 days to sell we are in stressed market. That is, listings are in short supply and are pushing prices higher.
Not quite as good as 2007 but approaching it and at the current rate it will not be long. Call me for a market analysis to see where your property stands!
